Trying to deal with all the all the possibilities mentally, it's just, you know, it's exhausting. It overwhelms people and it's just not a realistic option. We've mentioned in black and white thinking as an anxious fiction or what we also call a cognitive distortion. What about emotional reasoning? I think that comes up a lot in anxiety. And so if you get so wrapped up in all of the possibilities, all the what ifs, it's really hard to be present and stay engaged in something that's really important in the moment.
