Jonathan: For me it's about not having breaches but being prepared as possible to reduce the impact of a breach with good instant response procedures if and when they do happen. Martin: The evolution for the security leadership is that it isn't at the moment it's on my shoulders if we have a breach at every organization i've worked for. Jonathan: In order to create that trust everyone in the business needs to know that they have a small part to play and that if they behave properly then the whole business is much less likely to erode customer trust.
