Awake in the Body, Awareness of the Sensations
As you breathe, sense possibility of having a slight smile at the mouth. Smile at the heartalong with the breathing,. You might sense you can soften the hand. And sense the spaces between the cells opening to receive. Letting go of any intention around how the breath is, letting the breath be natural.
