How Do You Lead a Church to a New Place?
When it comes to motivating a lining and optimizing staff, what sort of things have you found have helped you the most? I would say, coming into a new situation, one like a, like a value that i've become convinced of. And there's probably other people who hold a different view, but thit my personal view. In order to lead a church to a new place, you can't do it with all existing people. I just think it's impossible. Does it mean that there has to be wholesale change and turnover, though, in some situation that may be appropriate or the right thing?
