i think what it is, you know, the people who sang this, i am, there was a particular great sage who wrote that song. Yanis tire's a very beautiful song. And so when when you're singing those songs and kind of connecting to your ancestors who sung those songs as well, there's something extraordinarily powerful about it. I and you feel this sense of defiance in the face of suffering, the ability, the ability to to persevere regardless thers.
