The Role of the Parish in Outsourcing Morality

"I remember in college, you're talking a lot about this. How much of this do you think we have outsourced to the wrong people?" he asks. "Is that the role of the parish? Have we outsourced that to the point where people don't feel like there's responsibility?" He wonders if Christ explicitly talks about the importance of the moral life.
