As an undergraduate, a nineteen year old kid was chosen to translate wickenstein's very, very difficult tractatis. They spent two weeks going over the tractatis, line by line. Ramsey again went off to visit vickenstein. And then they had a bit of a break in their relations. Kaines had just been married. His honeymoon was interrupted. He and ramsey had a quarrel about psychoanalysis. Wickenstein wouldn't speak to ramsey for the next two years.
