Betty and Barney Hill's Reluctance to Come Forward

The 1974 Aevili UFO encounter. The people who were involved in this incident did not come forward with their experience until three years after it happened. They cited social embarrassment and trauma as a large part of the reason that they hadn't come forward. Just like Betty and Barney Hill had two such different experiences.
