There was a true kind of multi national quality to the hopsburg empire. People who had this sense of somehow self determination or some form of representation for their own community. So that kind of swedashy style economic nationalism that one would find at the same time in parts of the british empire, you were not seeing in the hapsburg empire in any significant way.
