Ten Cities in Vancouver?

I was one of your biggest fans, and including mayor kennedy stuwart as well. I thought we had spaces to house the unhoused. And for a while, you know, it seemed like ten cities were gone. Strathcona was cleaned up, and now there seems to be a new encampment on hastings dand you're a vancouver guy, so i'm sure you're aware of it. What's going on? Is this going to continually be like almost a game of cat and mouse, in a sense?
