Have you ever thought about just building a convert kit competitor? You know if you are already kind of struggling with these kind of um additional platform requirements and limitations that the thought ever cross your mind to just like do it yourself. i've actually specked out there's a github repo i have openUm that specks out in my mind the ideal esp and what it would look like in how it would function where i won't get too technical but basically the idea is it's basically you have a bunch of JSON blobs that represent each subscriber that has whatever data you want to stick on them.
