How Do I Respond When Criticized in My Job?
In nearly every professional review i've ever had, the same theme appears in the could use improvement category. I tend to become defensive when i or my work is criticise. Any advice for someone that takes everything to heart and reacts emotionally when given feedback? Up called on de porti don't know the answer. A. Take a deep breath,. get the facts of what someone is telling you, thank them for the feedback... B. Have negative, freak out, screw ou reaction, then come back with a decent way to make the situation work.
