Heraclius' Promise to Henry
Heraclius formally made that offer to Henry a few months ago, when he first arrived in England. Since then, Henry's been mulling it over, and he's promised Heraclius he'll make his decision after the temple church is dedicated. Back in the day, Henry's grandfather, Count Fulcovongzhu, did exactly what Heraclius is now asking. He dropped everything and went and licked the Holy Land into shape.
