Can a Catholic Hold That Deal?

Laudato see basically says global governance in the area of environmental policy and climate change have dramatically failed. Pope Francis prayed for a positive outcome to what we're then current negotiations. The Vatican endorsed the power agreement in climate change, which took place a few months after Laudato see came out. It only ratified it last year in 2022.
