The Pros and Cons of the Keto Diet
The keto diet gives you this freedom to live life and not be so obsessed about food. Food sees us as a kind of habitual obsession that drives the progress of the day. You can spend really long hours of the day just doing some cool stuff that you love. I don't know if I want to sort of prescribe it to others. It's definitely something I recommend you try, but I just don't feel like conclusively saying this diet is great for everybody.
