Minifin Toxicity - Acute Ingestion or Overdose?

Minifin overdose should be considered in all patients with non accidental and accidental ingestions. The diagnosis of sedaminifin toxicity is based on serum levels of the drug. Liver function tests return to normal in one to three weeks, and symptoms may resolve in three to five days. If the patient survives, stage four begins at four days to two weeks, during which complete resolution of hepatic disfunction occurs or the patient progresses to multi organ failure.
