The Fear of the Pandemic

People have gotten away from being sort of territorially minded, right? Because of because they feel like they suffered that. And when the pandemic stuck up on people, and now it's like they can't revert back. So everything that we talk about all the time is about, you know, another space, some other geographical location,. Something locally closes down. I think people just they've got a little bit of a COVID hangover.
