Are Black Americans More at Risk of Overdoses Than White Americans?

Fentinel is an opioid that can be extremely unpredictable in its potency. It caused virtually no overdoses a few years ago, but now accounts for roughly 73 % of all overdose bests. In many cases, people who use drugs are unaware that they are consuming or exposed to fentinel and accidentally capapepl dose. Black patients are as likely as white patients to obtain follow up appointments for op dediction care after leaving the emergency department.
