The Impact of the U.S. Sanctions on the Russian Economy
After the russian offensive into Ukraine in v. 2020 the u.s. implemented heavy sanctions upon the country going on to seize 300 billion dollars with the russia assets and cutting the country out of the swift payment network. The swift connection has not been as important as many expected, says Alexander Nekrassov. "I don't think that we should expect too much from this connection from swift rules expectation were exaggerated," he adds.
