The Importance of Egolessness in the Spiritual World
We need to see this as an absolutely essential form of egolessness. Getting along with people requires all of that work, that hard work of getting the ego out of the way. And so we have to be willing to listen to each other and to recognize that there is a presence in our mind,. i.e. the ego that's working against cooperation.
