The Change in Leadership and Culture and How Can I Influence the Sport in a Better Way?

The document that we're gonna make public is basically all the notes that we aggregated about the whole season structure but they told me about it the week before the games and my whole focus was in the game. I have some unpopular opinions about the creation of the sport that I think I'd like to you know share and put out there. Not everybody did chime in and I think people were busy doing other things so it wasn't our our culture's top prioritybut this kind of document is our thoughts about what we saw as potential problems for the growth of the sport.
