I never, ever considered direct mail. I mean, the amount of success that direct mail done right when integrated with digital aspects, what that does for us, it's really, really powerful. Social is something that I pushed back on a lot in dental simply because I saw the social aspect more of a referral reputation tool. Never thought I would say the word TikTok or anything like that, but I've got a really good team that pushes us to do some fun stuff. You know, there's nothing rocket science-y we're doing. It's really all the stuff behind it and how we integrate those things that makes it really successful.
