Sue's cover was that she was there to write propaganda articles, white washing South Africa's involvement in the transition. It placed her perfectly to do some vital intelligence gathering. By embedding herself in the propaganda machine Sue hoped to find out pieces of crucial information. She jumped at a chance to head out on a deployment to neighbouring Namibia.
