A few weeks before the deal was supposed to close, unfortunately, florida cypress gardens fell into what's called a sink hall. Iad never even heard of a sink hole before i read about this happening. So it's like a risk that i when you're doing an emergert deal, you're not really saying, risk of sink hole is in your check list of things to look for. And so stuff happens. Less kind words that it's good lessons to learn, especially out of the box.
