How Do You Mentor Other Leaders?

Don't just study what they do. Learn how they think. Get into their minds. Ask them, what are you reading? What's your favorite book? What new sources do you consume? What questions do you ask? How do you stretch yourself? Who do you learn from? And again, there's no excuses for not being around great people. If there's someoneid i'd offer to rake their leaves just to get 15 minutes with em. Honor their time. Apply what you learn.
