This has been the most helpful for me. There's three parts of theWorking memory that fit in the glass. Intrinsic load is really influenced by your students prior knowledge. extraneous load is all the unnecessary details that can sometimes be included in your instructional material. germain load is what we want - integration of new knowledge into old knowledge.
