The Evolution of the Universe

The universe is especially well disposed to life and it's also well disposed to explanatory knowledge. How is that different from saying that it has a tendency? A process can be driven by dissipation without its existence being explained by dissipation That's a drift two different things are being driven here one is the evolution of the animal in the first place and the second thing is how the animal stays alive once it is there both these processes depend on dissipation but how the animal evolved isn't explained by Dissipation at all.
