The Regional Banking Crisis

This is not a regional banking crisis, right? By any stretch in imagination. New York Mellon and State Street are global G-SIBs but they're not regional banks. That's absurd to call those banks regionals ridiculous. I remember once having dinner with somebody who was litigating against them in a fraud that was off the charts.
