I think the cool thing about doing this has been like letting people sort of lean into their own strengths. You know, I have resisted building a team for anything just because I just can't be bothered telling people what to do. And it's because you start something together, it's different too, right? When you build something by yourself and then you bring people into it, it's like you always feel like weirdly protective of it.
