The Concord Team Oriented Approach
The system is run by a coordinated team. Each concord instance has its own transaction log, sequencer and re transmitters. The overhead there is massive so we have been shying away from creating new concord instances because it's just so expensive. We actually liked the concord inverted control style of writing things so much that we are basically forcing it on to people that want to write things on aria.
