How to Stop Feeling Flat
You don't need to detox of dopamine. There's a time and a place for I think a lot of things that we think are bad. You shouldn't be avoiding things that create a spike in dopamine, just instant gratification behaviors. Delayed gratification is one of the best things you can do for your dopamine. This is what my ideal morning would be or what I recommend for an ideal morning.
