You gotta get out of the areas that you're comfortable. It will feel uncomfortable when you go do that, but it's worth it. Get around people that are more successful in whatever way you can. You can do this on the BiggerPockets forums or at a local meetup. But just remember, if you leave thinking the same way that you thought before, you're gonna have the same life that you had before you listen to it.
