A lot of the gyms that I know tend to prefer to bootstrap, which I understand. But maybe there is an argument to actually get someone to come in and invest in you. My biggest fear about anybody partnering with someone is know everything about them. And if they're going to invest, what is the return? Are they asking for cash or are they just gifting this to you?
