The Adverse Effects of Pentathenic Acid Supplementation

The DRI was established in 1998 for pentathenic acid, which is the level of supplementation or intake that you should avoid to provide a safety window against toxicity. The only side effect ever mentioned very infrequently and only at the highest dose was some GI distress in diarrhea. But no clinical signs of toxicity or any really serious adverse events. And so that's probably just from taking high doses moving through you.
