The Problem With AI Neural Network Architectures

There is no algorithm which can tell you yes or no whether these shapes will cover the plane. It's shown mathematically that there is no way of doing this with a regular pattern. And I think that's analogous to what the AI system seemed to be doing when they're learning to perceive. So even if you do converge on a solution, you haven't converged on the only solution.
