How to Find Cashflow From Day One Deals?
It's deffully harder to find those cashflow from day one deals, or atleast at a attractive rate. Depends on the building and how old it is, and ho how rent is actually coming in. Vacancy will be anywhere from five to to ten %, depending on the type unit. You got to know your area for what is appropriate to say for sometimes it comes with experience but also just seeing what's whate other investors in the area are doing as well.
