i get the impression that moscow has been desperate to enlist china as ally, talking about this new multi polar world where the lakes of china and russia mount a challenge to western powers. In practical terms, it's been making the the noises that russia wants to hear. But in terms of sanctions, for example, and helping russia possibly evade them, or helping russia with military supplies, that's not happening, is it?
