The Importance of Reflecting
Avery: It's really important that students see that you are doing the same thing. When prior when I was teaching traditionally, I didn't have that time. So now there's just a lot more time and space to be intentional with reflecting. And we don't, I feel like it really does help us learn and improve as human beings, as individuals. A post-pandemic teachers need to speak out about what's going on so they can help our new generation of teachers build capacity for success.
