participatory governmante is inviting everyone who has a stake in the decision. It's by doing things that we learn about what will work and what what will happen. Most proposals, not all, but maybe nine out of ten, find a way forward. And so i think there are two questions for me here: How much context is required for an individual to propose something that's worth this? And then you have like contributors which can vary significantly in terms of their involvement in the organization.
