There's a difference between wanting to do something and liking the thing that you're doing. I have the same feeling, like if i'm doom scrowling on twitter, honestly, it's not what i want to be doing. And then i think it's just like holding yourself to that. When i do that, i'm happier. I'm happier in real time, and i'm also happier in retrospect. Kind of these weird things.
