With the data drive, there's becoming too many silos. The left hand does not know what the right hand's doing. I've seen some unbelievable cases of people still writing stuff on pieces of paper and clip books. How often do you get involved in team processes within that? Only when I'm asked. We're a service, so we will build reports for teams specifically to what they need to. But I don't, unless I'm asked, our viewers, we're a service,. If we are asked, then we'll obviously give our opinion. A lot of my power BI developers are good at getting the information visually to them in a really simplistic way which can affect their environment
