The Importance of Escrow

Escrow is a flux period of where the buyer no longer has to bid against other people. I think bidding is closed and then it's like, Was you versus the bank? It's just a period of time for me to send over inspectors and stuff. If you find something that's fucked up like there's a gas leak in this house. Like you're going to knock off a little of the price because I'm gonna fix it when I move in or are you going to fix it before I move in.
