Can the Concept of a Quark Be Constructed?
We should think about this in concrete terms. Could the concept of a quark, to use the famous example, could that be understood in some different ways? If all that stays the same, it's simply not a matter of power relations or any social thing. So now, you can do all sorts of gymnastics around construction, going back to kant. That doesn't matter, because once you've chosen a scheme, you still haven't done away with data.
