How Much Do You Rent a House?
So what does it, what dos it make like net to you over laster? After irben bi it ai conum mixes it all up, ut, on average, like 23 hundred bucks a unit. So eight thousand dollar rent, a man, your weigh more than one % rule and, um, what would rents be otherwise, like you'r looking at maybe 16 hundred bucks. It really is worth it, 900 dollars more per unit we're running hospitality. And so i initially, when i first started, it was mainly for the cash flow. Now that i have about 15 now, and o the amount of time that it takes is not insignificant any more.
