Do You Have a Dog in That Fight?

At my advance age, i can't eat as much as i used to. I think people have to find out what works for them and a figure out a way that they can eat food they like, and just don't eat too much of it. What's your take on the never ending battle between zeloson on either the low carb, high fat side or the low fat side? Do do you have a dog in that fight?I do have a book called, a coatherd book called why calories count, from science to politics. And the and that book is not why you should count calories. It's why calories matter.
