The Differences Between GPT for and GPT Three

GPT for has had no specialized medical training. Yet we've been feeding it all the recent articles from the New England Journal of Medicine and asking it to review those papers, see if there are errors of omission in terms of cited references. It's able to do these things, even though it has just been trained on that common crawl. And so what is unclear to us at this moment is where these capabilities, for example, to conduct a differential diagnosis, where it's coming from.
