The Indus Valley - A Time of Mass Migration
There were fewer people residing in smaller settlements, living less materially complex lives than their predecessors. It's quite likely that this was a time of mass migration with former residents of the indus valley heading east toward what's now deli and ganges plain. Migration does happen, but people don't move as convenient packages of languages, artifacts, genes and cultural practices. We do not have an abundance of ancient d an a samples from intus contexts.
