Intermittent fasting and time restricted eating is pretty simple to follow. We find that people like it a lot better than a lot of standard approaches, certainly more than calorie counting. But on the flip side, I wouldn't tell people not to care about eating a healthy diet. What you eat is probably still more important than when you eat.
