Are There Other Factors Contributing to This Level of Activity?
Our company is engaging in this kind of activity in order to thwart activist attacks on their companies. Do you see that as a motivation? I would agree that as we look at activist campaigns over several years, a break up thesis, or emana thesis, is often a component. But i wouldn't necessarily say, in my experience, that's thwarting. In my view, it's all aline a similar objective, which is creating value.
