Darpa's Brain Computer Interface

At darpa a getting getting, you know, humans, and to be ultimately turning over the reins to autonomous weapons. And one of the ways in which that i find difficulty in wrapping y head around this is interviewing soldiers who have come back from war with brain injuries. In some cases, if the soldiers have p t s d, it's a kind of electro shock therapy on the go. But it really does beg the question, what is the dual use?
